How you may want to write your story is completely up to you. This is equally about helping other people as it is about helping YOU in your healing process doing what you need to do to find closure within yourself.

Some people may want to write an anonymous post. That's completely fine. Others may find it empowering to be explicit about their identity. That's fine too.

I will only share the content of the story you share with me. Personally identifiable informations pertaining to this contact form and any subsequent email communications will remain confidential.

Just write your story, and send it here (don't forget to think of a title.) You can copy paste it, or you can send a Google Docs link if you prefer.

Once it's published, you can always reach out if you need to make any edit.
